Our Sticky Tablet pudding is the cooler new cousin to the classic Sticky Toffee pudding. We’ve used Mrs Tilly’s tablet to make a creamy tablet sauce which drizzles perfectly over a warm toffee and date sponge.

Cooking Instructions


Remove from sleeve, pierce film several times. Cook as per below:

800W COOK ON FULL POWER                   1   min                STAND TIME 1min

900W COOK ON FULL POWER                   45 secs              STAND TIME 1min


CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Remove from sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 17-18 minutes. For fan assisted ovens reduce the temperature accordingly.


The timings are a guide only. Variations can occur between differing appliances. Two or more packs will require longer cooking time. After heating allow to stand for 1 minute.  When removing lid after heating do so with caution as pack will be hot.  Turn the pot upside down onto a serving plate allowing the sauce to flow on top. Spoon out any remaining sauce from inside the pot and enjoy.


Do not reheat.
