Cooking Instructions


Remove from sleeve, pierce film several times. Cook as per below;

900W COOK ON FULL POWER             4 mins     STAND TIME 1min

The timings are a guide only. Variations can occur between differing appliances. Two or more packs will require longer cooking time. Before serving, ensure the food is piping hot throughout.


CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Remove from sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust temperature accordingly.


Caution: Take care as tray will be hot. Do not reheat.
