FOR KIDS MILD CHICKEN CURRY WITH RICE

MICROWAVE:

Remove from sleeve and carefully peel back the film on the rice compartment, add 2 teaspoons of water, stir and re-cover. Pierce film lid several times on the curry compartment.

Cook as per below:

800W COOK ON FULL POWER            3½ mins         STAND TIME 1 min

900W COOK ON FULL POWER             3 mins             STAND TIME 1 min

The timings are a guide only. Variations can occur between differing appliances. Two or more packs will require longer cooking time. Before serving, ensure the food is piping hot throughout.

OVEN:

Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes. Take care as tray will be hot. Do not reheat.
