Children 1st!

Meet our latest McInvest Community Group

Local Scottish charity Children 1st are the latest to benefit from McIntosh of Strathmore’s McInvest Community Grant Awards.

Children 1st work to prevent abuse and neglect, to protect children and keep them safe from harm. Together, they help children in Scotland live in safe, loving families and build strong communities.

“We help survivors of abuse, trauma and other adversity to recover and we work tirelessly to protect the rights of children in Scotland.” (Claire MacPherson, Senior Corporate Fundraiser, Children 1st)

The charity group will be benefiting from a £500 cash boost from McInvest which they intend to use to continue protecting children from harm through their family support services in Scotland and through Parentline.

“Children 1st’s Parentline is here for any family in Scotland wanting support with any issue affecting their child.” (Claire MacPherson, Senior Corporate Fundraiser, Children 1st)

“We are so grateful to McIntosh for this generous donation, which will help to #GiveASmileBack to children across Scotland facing trauma, abuse or neglect. ” (Claire MacPherson, Senior Corporate Fundraiser, Children 1st)

Should you need the services of Children 1st you can chat to Parentline on the phone at 08000 28 22 33 or online at children1st.org.uk/parentline.
