Competition Terms & Conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions take precedence in the event of any conflict with advertising or other promotional materials. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering, participants agree to be bound by them.

3. Eligibility
Open to residents of Scotland aged 18 or over. A valid purchase of McIntosh Protein Macaroni is required. Entrants must retain proof of purchase showing the date and product purchased.
Excludes:
• Employees of McIntosh of Strathmore.
• Employees of agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Members of the immediate families or households of the above.
Internet access is required to enter.
4. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 25/12/25 until 25/02/26.
Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
5. How to Enter
Purchase McIntosh Protein Macaroni during the promotion period. Scan the QR code on the promotional pack and complete the online entry form with all required information. Maximum of one entry per purchase. Only one prize per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or fail to comply with these terms will not be accepted. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries, including entries submitted via multiple email accounts, are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
6. Proof of Purchase
Entrants must retain their proof of purchase (receipt or equivalent).
McIntosh of Strathmore may request entrants to upload or provide proof of purchase for verification.
7. Prize Details
There will be three winners. Each winner will receive a £200 gym clothing voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards. If necessary, McIntosh of Strathmore may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.
8. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. An appropriate number of reserves may be drawn.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the details provided on their entry. If no response is received within 14 days, or verification cannot be completed, McIntosh of Strathmore reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.
10. Verification
Winners may be required to provide:
• Proof of age
• Proof of Scottish residency
• Proof of purchase
Verification must be completed within the timeframe specified in the winner notification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
11. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe following successful verification. McIntosh of Strathmore is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by winners.
12. Data Protection
Personal data provided for this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the competition unless further consent is given. Data will be processed in accordance with McIntosh of Strathmore’s privacy policy. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers solely for prize fulfilment. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their data.
13. Publication of Winners (Optional)
McIntosh of Strathmore may publish the surnames and general locations of winners upon request for transparency purposes. Winners may object to this by contacting the promoter.
14. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
McIntosh of Strathmore may disqualify any entrant who:
• Provides false details
• Attempts to enter multiple times using different contact information
• Uses automated systems or scripts
• Tampers with the entry process or acts in a way that undermines the spirit of the promotion
15. Liability
As far as permitted by law, McIntosh of Strathmore is not liable for:
• Technical failures of websites, networks, or software
• Delays, losses, or damage arising from participation in the promotion
Nothing excludes liability for negligence resulting in personal injury or death, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Force Majeure
If events beyond the reasonable control of McIntosh of Strathmore prevent or delay operation of the promotion or prize fulfilment, the promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
17. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Scots law.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
